Control Panel Assembly & Testing
We have at present eight experienced staff fully equipped to design, build and test the PLC control panels including variable frequency drive. All control panels are rigorously tested before release.

Pump fitting/Assembly/Engineering
A 6.5 tonnes overhead crane and mobile gantries provide extra support for our thirty fully trained staff. We assemble all combination of electric motors and diesel driven pump sets, including booster packages, fire fighting packages, transfer and chiller pumps and diesel generators.

Storage And Spares
We keep a large stock of various pumps, motors, diesel engines, valves, etc., to enable us to give quick delivery to our customers. We offer a limited range of spares off the shelf. We will always respond to breakdown situations with the utmost urgency and strive together with our principal companies to ensure minimum out of service time.

Mobile Workshops
Mobile workshops along with fully trained mechanics and technicians are dedicated to supporting after sales service to our customers.

Testing
A new addition to our facility is the state-of-the-art Pump Test Bed built with the technical collaboration of our principal SPP Pumps Limited, U.K. It has the capability to test electric motor and diesel driven pumpsets up to 500 Kw, 50/60 Hz through variable speed inverter. Testing is done according to BS, ISO and DIN, as well as other international standards.
